Isra University Hospital Hyderabad a private non-profit organization, started working to 1997 with just one specialty Eye. However with the passage of time, it kept adding other specialties and sub-specialties as well. The foundation of the organization was laid by Imam Haran-al Makkah in 1986, however, the construction was started in 1989. The Hospital is consisting of two units.
